Philosophy of Wine
I have presented papers at the British Society of the Philosophy of Religion conference (Oxford), the RSLF Beauty Conference (Cambridge) and at the Cambridge Divinity School, among others. Additionally, I have explored many of the problems of philosophy in my previous ‘Curiosities’ column for The World of Fine Wine and my ‘Salon’ column on JancisRobinson.com for which I was awarded the Louis Roederer International Wine Columnist of the Year award. Further work has featured in The Australian ‘A Toast to Love: Why do we love Wine?’, and Bullipedia’s Vinos, Sumillería: el vino en el restaurante Gastronómico on ‘la filosofía del vino’.

In addition to my columns, I have written many features about wine and related matters for a range of international publications in print and online. Titles include The Australian, Wine Business Monthly, Food and Wine, Wine Enthusiast, AGT Wine, and Halliday Companion, among others.
